KFC Jewel is a 1,664.19 sq. ft. retail fit-out located within Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore. The project involved the delivery of a high-traffic food and beverage outlet within a major integrated retail and transport hub, requiring strict coordination with mall guidelines and airport operational standards.

The layout was planned to optimise customer flow, order queuing, and back-of-house efficiency within a compact footprint. Front-of-house and kitchen zones were clearly defined to support high-volume operations while maintaining compliance with food safety, fire safety, and accessibility requirements.

Technical coordination included the integration of mechanical and electrical services, kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems, and lighting to meet brand, operational, and regulatory specifications. Materials and finishes were selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and suitability for continuous daily operations in a high-footfall environment.

The completed space delivers a functional and efficient quick-service restaurant environment that supports brand consistency, operational performance, and long-term durability within a demanding retail setting.
