A 1,935 sq. ft. F&B fit-out at Maxwell, one of Singapore's most storied dining and heritage precincts. Gridline designed and delivered the interior for Kreams Krafthouse — a space that needed to hold its own in a location steeped in food culture and frequented by both locals and visitors alike.

The generous footprint allowed for a layered interior experience — distinct zones for dining, bar, and social seating that together create a cohesive atmosphere without feeling uniform. Every area is designed to encourage dwell time, with material choices, lighting, and furniture scaled to the space rather than defaulting to off-the-shelf solutions.

The Krafthouse concept lends itself to a handcrafted, characterful aesthetic — and the design responds accordingly. Tactile finishes, considered joinery details, and a palette rooted in warmth and depth give the space a sense of identity that goes beyond branding, translating into an environment guests want to return to.

At nearly 2,000 sq. ft. in the heart of Maxwell, this fit-out represents Gridline's ability to work at scale within a high-profile location — delivering an interior that balances operational rigour with genuine design intent.
