This project involved the delivery of interior works for Serangoon Gardens Country Club, covering a total area of 7,352 sq. ft. The scope was designed to enhance member experience while supporting the operational and functional requirements of a private club environment.

The interior layout was planned to ensure efficient circulation, clear zoning, and user comfort, accommodating both social and recreational activities. Material selections prioritised durability, ease of maintenance, and suitability for high-traffic club spaces, ensuring long-term performance without compromising on aesthetics.

Lighting design and interior detailing were carefully coordinated to create a welcoming and cohesive atmosphere, supporting both daytime and evening use. The works were executed with attention to quality, safety, and coordination with existing building systems, ensuring seamless integration within the active club environment.

This project reflects Gridline’s experience in delivering commercial interior solutions for hospitality and membership-based facilities, where technical execution, operational efficiency, and user experience must be carefully balanced.
