This project involved the interior fit-out of F45 Training Downtown East, a 2,137.6 sq. ft. fitness studio designed to support high-intensity functional training activities. The design and execution focused on creating a durable, functional, and visually engaging workout environment tailored to operational efficiency and member experience.

The spatial layout was carefully planned to optimise circulation, training zones, and equipment placement, ensuring safe and efficient movement for members and instructors. Material and finish selections prioritised wear resistance, ease of maintenance, and acoustics, accommodating high-impact activities and continuous daily use.

Lighting and interior detailing were coordinated to enhance energy, focus, and visibility within training zones, while creating a cohesive and motivating environment consistent with the F45 brand identity. All works were executed with attention to technical integration, compliance, and operational readiness, ensuring seamless coordination with building services and minimal disruption to the retail complex.

This project demonstrates Gridline’s expertise in delivering specialised commercial interiors for fitness facilities, where functional planning, technical execution, and brand-driven design are critical to operational and experiential success.
