An 816 sq. ft. F&B interior fit-out for Greendot's Junction 8 outlet in Bishan, Singapore. As one of Singapore's most recognised plant-based dining brands, Greendot required a space that could communicate its identity clearly while meeting the operational demands of a high-traffic suburban mall environment.

Gridline designed an interior that draws on the brand's nature-forward ethos — earthy timber tones, warm pendant lighting, and considered greenery placements layered against deep charcoal feature walls. The contrast between the dark backdrop and organic materials creates a dining atmosphere that feels both intimate and brand-coherent, standing out within the broader mall context without being loud.

Layout was approached with service efficiency in mind. Seating is arranged to maximise covers within the footprint while preserving comfortable circulation for both diners and front-of-house staff — a balance that matters in a mall outlet where throughput directly affects revenue.

The completed space reflects Greendot's positioning as a premium plant-based dining destination, delivered within the constraints of a mall tenancy — and built to perform across the full spread of a busy day.
