This project involved the interior fit-out of Intrado’s corporate office (formerly West UC), covering 8,098.62 sq. ft., designed to create a modern, functional, and brand-aligned workspace that supports operational efficiency and employee collaboration.

The office layout was meticulously planned to optimise workstations, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones, ensuring efficient circulation and functional use of space. Materials and finishes were carefully selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and a contemporary corporate aesthetic, reinforcing the company’s professional identity.

Lighting and interior detailing were coordinated to enhance visual comfort, workplace ergonomics, and spatial clarity, creating a cohesive and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. All works were executed with attention to technical integration, compliance with building standards, and minimal disruption, ensuring a seamless and high-quality fit-out.
