This project involved the interior fit-out of Infocomm Investments’ office space, spanning 4,900 sq. ft., designed to create a functional, professional, and brand-aligned workplace that enhances operational efficiency and employee productivity.

The layout was carefully planned to optimise workstations, collaborative areas, and circulation flow, ensuring effective space utilisation while supporting team interaction and workflow efficiency. Material and finish selections were chosen for durability, maintenance efficiency, and a contemporary corporate aesthetic, reflecting the company’s professional identity.

Lighting and interior detailing were coordinated to enhance visual comfort, spatial clarity, and workplace ergonomics, fostering a cohesive and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. All works were executed with close attention to technical integration, building compliance, and minimal operational disruption, ensuring a seamless fit-out process.
