This project involved the interior fit-out of ISS Catering’s Central Kitchen and Office facility, spanning 53,000 sq. ft., designed to support high-volume food production alongside corporate office operations. The project required careful planning to balance industrial functionality, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency while creating a cohesive workplace environment.
The central kitchen was designed with specialised zones for food preparation, storage, and packaging, incorporating durable, hygiene-compliant finishes and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored for large-scale food operations. The office areas were integrated seamlessly, with layouts optimised for workflow efficiency, collaboration, and staff comfort.
Lighting, ventilation, and spatial planning were coordinated to meet strict regulatory compliance for food safety, while enhancing operational visibility and safety. Material and finish selections prioritised durability, maintenance efficiency, and long-term performance, critical for high-traffic industrial and office environments.
