A 1,862 sq. ft. F&B fit-out at Clarke Quay, Singapore's most vibrant riverside dining and entertainment district. Gridline delivered the full interior fit-out for Zorba The Greek Taverna — a concept rooted in Mediterranean warmth and conviviality, set against one of Singapore's most animated nightlife backdrops.

The design draws from the soul of Greek taverna culture — generous, welcoming, and alive with character. Warm tones, textured surfaces, and considered lighting create an atmosphere that transports diners without resorting to heavy-handed theming, striking the balance between immersive concept dining and a space that feels genuinely comfortable to spend an evening in.

Clarke Quay demands presence. The fit-out was designed to hold its own in a precinct where every outlet is competing for attention — with a street-facing aesthetic that draws guests in and an interior that rewards them once inside. The 1,862 sq. ft. footprint is laid out to support the full arc of a Greek dining experience, from casual mezze and drinks to long table gatherings and celebratory meals.

Executed within the operational complexity of a Clarke Quay tenancy — riverside heritage conservation requirements, high footfall, and a discerning dining crowd — this project reflects Gridline's capability in delivering character-rich F&B interiors that perform as well as they look.
